Anyone interested in a L2Godz IRC channel. I'm not really into it but I hear from some players that they would like one. We do however, already have Ventrilo and Global chat ingame.

Yeap start IRC channel , its the best way to find info for new members etc, it will be very helpfull //agree

I was one of the IRC 'whores' on an old server...

It was an easy way to find out what was going on without actually having to connect. Also with a GM in there all the time moderating and editing the msg you got when you first came in it was the easiest way to tell if the server was up/down and why.

Helped in getting rid of all those "I can't connect" posts

I used to love irc befor ventrillo now i hate to type but ya i guess for the ppl who don't have a mic it might be good...if you need someone to watch over the chat i could help but i go afk A LOT as you all know LOL. I am logged in but am I really there? ;)

since i cant play L2 on this computer all i do when i am online is chat on IRC. so i would be willing to be an operator of the channel. come chat with me sometime on efnet my nickname is wicked1. <3

Does our new shout box serve somewhat like a IRC? If not I dont see a problem with us having one. I probably wont join it but if you guys want it cool. Btw Krys, this isnt L2D so we wouldnt need a IRC to see if the server is down or not :P
