Where do I enchant skills?

Just a little FYI for you guys who dont know you can enchant your skills. You can start enchanting your skills at level 76. The % of success increases as you raise your level to 80 and beyond.

You need Giant Codex in order to attempt a skill enchant and you can also use a Giants Mastery Codex for the safe enchant skill method.

I know u get a giant codex once u complete the 3rd class transfer and they are fairly common on the private sells , but where do u get a Giants Mastery Codex

I'll have to find out, the only ones I've seen were from a Easter Event we had :P

the NPCs may be a bit off but I will verify them all when I get home but the town they are in should be accurate.

Are codex's only avaiable from the class change and event? or are there some other locations/quests?

You can Buy them with Noblesse points when you're hero, thats the only way to get them on official afaik.

I thought the books were available for 5000 Nobeless gate passes
or the Suspicious Merchant near the entrance to every fortress,
(I do not believe we have that NPC yet as it's not in the drop tool database)

the Giants codex , yes but not the one with the safe enchant.They can only be taken from a Fortress I think.

I have a dwarf and went to Rune and spoke to both NPC there.. and only had Quests.. am i missing something?
